Theme and atmosphere

There are five complexes named after the Caribbean Islands: Barbados, Martinique, Aruba, Jamaica, Trinidad — North and South. Each “village” has six buildings; the only exception is Trinidad which has three extra buildings (there are six for Trinidad South and three for Trinidad North). The bright colors — reds, pinks, blues, yellows, greens — take you to the land of dreams, fairy-tales and cotton-candy.

Rooms are quite spacious and bright and combine light colors and vivid floral motifs.

Location

The closest park is Epcot but it is not within walking distance to the Caribbean Beach Resort.

• Resort size: very large, you have a lot of walking to do.
• Transportation: only bus transport to parks; buses stop at each village on the way to parks, it is time consuming.
• Rooms: some complain about rooms being too old.
• Busy check-in desk: lengthy waits.
